Pumpkin picking time. 2 years ago when I was finished with my pumpkins,
I used them for target practice, then I threw them into the compost pile. Discarded and forgotten - then the most amazing pumpkin patch appeared. They came back again this year. It reminds me of how God has used the barren and discarded places in my life to bring unexpected beauty.
